As you may know, roses are the signature of St. Therese.
St. Therese saw herself as “The Little Flower” of Jesus. She understood that she was just like the tiny flower in the forest, surviving & blooming through all the seasons of the year because of God’s grace. She embraced a great confidence in being God’s little flower. When she died, she said:
“When I die, I will send down a shower of roses from the heavens, I will spend my heaven by doing good on earth.” – St. Therese of Lisieux
Challenge: Whenever you may be reading this, I encourage you to take the time continue to do this good on earth that St. Therese speaks of. Next time you go to the grocery store, get some flowers and share them with the beautiful women that surround you. Whether it be a stranger, best friend, sister, mother, daughter. With great confidence remind them just how loved they truly are. Pray for God’s grace to guide you to empower the women/woman that you choose, to be reminded of the great beauty they possess.
“Be kind to yourself, and then let your kindness flood the world” 💖
