Learning To Love Yourself
Know that you are not what others see in you, or even how you see yourself
You are the gaze of your divine maker
Who gazes upon you with love. (identity)
Value others, but value yours more.
At the end of the day that’s the only one that really matters.
Self-Care: The Anecdote to Self Sabotage
Isn’t it kind of funny how we spent so much time pretending to be these people we are not?
It’s more exhausting not being me.
Because when I am honest, I am free.
But honesty is hard. And it disappoints people… but who’s to say that you were made to please others?
We must first care for ourselves before we can care for others.
Only you can feel what you feel. Only you know what you go through.
Nobody will feel it as deeply as you do.
Therefore, you owe it to yourself to be honest with yourself. Listen to where your soul leads you. Most always, that first little voice was right in the first place. And when you let others cloud that little voice, You lose yourself
Never underestimate the fact that you can c h o o s e to be honest in each new moment Vulnerability
